Mihalek Bill Moves to The House

My legislation passed the House Liquor Control Committee and will be considered by the full House. This bill would improve customer convenience in wine sales by increasing the amount of wine that could be sold by a holder of a Wine Expanded Permit (restaurants, hotels, grocery stores) from 4 bottles of wine to 12 bottles, which is the equivalent of one case.
