Mihalek to Host Job Fair
ALLEGHENY – Rep. Natalie Mihalek (R-Allegheny/Washington) will host a job fair for Bethel Park and surrounding areas on Thursday, Sept. 16, from 9-11 a.m. The event will take place at Three Treasures Health and Wellness, located at 5822 Irishtown Road, Bethel Park.
“The path for our Commonwealth to recover economically from the pandemic starts with getting PA back to work,” said Mihalek. “Businesses all around the state are struggling to find employees.”
Employers that will be at the job fair searching for the perfect candidate include, but are not limited to: Shannon Staley and Sons; Allegheny Millwork; Bethel Bakery; Preferred Care at Home; Wonder Of Learning Center; Job Corps; Pittsburgh Hires Veterans; Western PA Operating Engineers Joint Apprenticeship Program; TRIPL; Red Balloon Coaching; Amazon; Not Forgotten Home and Community Services; Teresa Tucker Insurance; and JENNMAR.
“Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) has officially ended,” Mihalek continued. “People will need to find work, and this job fair will provide a direct path to employment for attendees.”
